The staff were friendly and made me feel right at home. My room was spotless and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. I greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was spotless with outstandingly friendly staff at the reception desk. The setting was amazing, so close to Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, and Wallsend shops and other entertainment. Also, Jesmond Park was 2 miles away.

The location is super convenient since it's attached to the Diggers Club, making it easy for meals and socializing. The rooms were modern and clean, with a comfy king bed and a fantastic spa bath that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Plus, the free parking made things so much easier!
The air conditioning was a bit tricky to manage; it was stuffy at times, making it hard to sleep. I faced a bit of an awkward moment when someone questioned my parking despite having a disabled sticker. A little more clarity on the parking policies would have been helpful! though, it was still a nice stay.
